Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a rental application. By selecting the final application checkbox and submitting, you confirm that you are 18 or older, agree to these Terms, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Provide accurate information and submit only documents you are authorized to provide.

Our service

RentReadyAppliance coordinates RentReady rentals fulfilled by local rental providers and offers RentReady support, including maintenance and replacement coordination with your provider. Submission does not guarantee approval, a provider match, equipment availability, or a delivery appointment. Your RentReady provider confirms the rental agreement and schedules delivery directly with you.

Rental offer and provider agreement

Choose $75/month plus a one-time $25 delivery fee without membership, or $60/month rental with a separate $5/month RentReady membership ($65/month combined after the membership trial). Both rental plans include installation and maintenance, with a three-month rental minimum. RentReady Member also includes delivery; Standard has the $25 one-time delivery fee. The standard plan’s $25 delivery fee is collected through Stripe before the application is submitted; it is separate from monthly rent and does not itself confirm a delivery appointment. The membership plan has no booking/setup fee. Your vendor receives the full rental payment and bills it separately. Rental autopay is set up with your provider when appliances are installed. Membership checkout does not pay your rent. Stackable units are not currently offered. Your provider’s agreement explains rental billing, cancellation, returns, and equipment care.

DFW rental offer

Dallas–Fort Worth washer-and-dryer set requests cost $75/month total after the seven-day free membership trial. No membership or delivery payment is due at signup. Stripe collects a payment method and bills the $15/month RentReady membership automatically after the trial until canceled, even if installation is delayed unless RentReady pauses billing. The local provider separately bills $60/month for appliance rental starting at installation. There is no separate booking or delivery fee. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included. The rental has a three-month minimum. If we cannot serve your address, contact RentReady to cancel the membership before the trial ends. Availability and a delivery appointment are confirmed after review. Membership and rental go together: canceling membership ends the rental after the applicable minimum term, and RentReady coordinates pickup with the provider. The provider’s rental agreement must reflect these terms before installation. Earlier DFW Member, reservation, and Standard bookings retain the pricing and terms they accepted.

Dayton & Surrounding Areas rental offer

Dayton-area washer-and-dryer set requests made under these updated terms cost $75/month total after the seven-day free membership trial: $15/month RentReady membership billed through Stripe and $60/month appliance rental billed separately by your local provider starting at installation. No membership or delivery payment is due at signup. Membership automatically renews after the trial until canceled, even if installation is delayed unless RentReady pauses billing. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included, with no booking fee. All rental agreements require a minimum commitment of six months, then convert to month-to-month. All payments must be made by debit or credit card; accepted major cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cancel online before the trial ends to avoid the first membership charge. Membership and rental go together: ending membership ends the rental subject to the six-month minimum, and RentReady coordinates pickup with the provider. Contact RentReady before the trial ends if your address cannot be served. The provider’s rental agreement must reflect these terms before installation. Earlier Dayton applications and checkouts retain the three-month minimum and terms they accepted.

Newburgh & Hudson Valley rental offer

New requests in supported Newburgh, New York and Hudson Valley ZIP codes offer a washer-and-dryer set only for $50/month total: $5/month RentReady membership and $45/month appliance rental. The first $5 is charged today through Stripe, reserves delivery, and covers the first month of membership. Membership automatically renews at $5/month until canceled, including if installation is delayed; there is no free trial. Your local provider separately bills the $45/month appliance rental starting at installation. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included, with no booking fee. The rental has a six-month minimum, then becomes month-to-month. All payments are by debit or credit card. The ZIP-code check is required before completing the form. To cancel, contact your installer to schedule pickup and end rental and membership together, subject to the six-month rental minimum. If we cannot serve your address, today's $5 will be fully refunded. The provider’s agreement explains rental billing, cancellation, and any early termination obligations. Earlier Newburgh and Hudson Valley bookings retain their accepted pricing and trial terms.

Denver rental offer

New requests in supported Denver ZIP codes offer a washer-and-dryer set only for $55/month total: $5/month RentReady membership and $50/month appliance rental. The first $5 is charged today through Stripe, reserves delivery, and covers the first month of membership. Membership automatically renews at $5/month until canceled; there is no free trial. The local provider separately bills $50/month for appliance rental starting at installation. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included, with no booking fee. The rental has a six-month minimum, then becomes month-to-month. All payments are by debit or credit card. The ZIP-code check is required before completing the form. If we cannot serve your address, today's $5 will be fully refunded. Cancel the membership online, contact RentReady support, or contact your installer to schedule pickup and end rental and membership together, subject to the six-month rental minimum. The provider’s agreement explains rental billing, cancellation, and any early termination obligations. Earlier Denver applications and checkouts retain their accepted pricing and terms.

Atlanta rental offer

The Atlanta form offers a washer-and-dryer set only for $75/month total after the seven-day membership trial: $15/month RentReady membership billed through Stripe and $60/month appliance rental billed separately by your local provider from installation. No membership or delivery payment is due at signup. Stripe collects a payment method; membership automatically renews after the seven-day signup trial until canceled, even if installation is delayed unless RentReady pauses billing. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included, with no booking fee. There is no minimum rental term. Service availability is confirmed for your address. Cancel the membership online or contact RentReady support; membership and rental go together, with pickup coordinated with your provider. The provider’s agreement explains rental billing, cancellation, and equipment care.

Austin rental offer

New Austin requests offer a washer-and-dryer set only for $55/month total: $45/month appliance rental and $10/month RentReady membership. The first $10 is charged today through Stripe and covers your first month of membership. Membership automatically renews at $10/month until canceled, including if installation is delayed; there is no free trial. Your local provider separately bills the $45/month appliance rental starting at installation. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included, with no booking fee. All payments are by debit or credit card. Austin rentals are month-to-month, with no multi-month minimum. To cancel, contact your installer to schedule pickup and end rental and membership together. If we cannot serve your address, today's $10 will be fully refunded. Service coverage and equipment availability require review. Earlier Austin Member, Standard, trial, $5 upfront, and single-appliance bookings keep their accepted pricing and terms.

Oklahoma City rental offer

New Oklahoma City requests offer a washer-and-dryer set for $70/month total ($60/month provider rental and $10/month RentReady membership), or a washer only or electric dryer only for $50/month total ($40/month provider rental and $10/month RentReady membership), after the seven-day free membership trial. Gas dryers are not available. No membership or delivery payment is due at signup. Stripe collects a payment method and bills the $10/month RentReady membership automatically after the trial until canceled, even if installation is delayed unless RentReady pauses billing. The local provider separately bills the selected $60 or $40 monthly appliance rental starting at installation. There is no separate booking or delivery fee. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included. The rental has a three-month minimum. If we cannot serve your address, contact RentReady support to cancel the membership before the trial ends. Availability and a delivery appointment are confirmed after review. For new Oklahoma City rentals, membership and rental go together: canceling membership ends the rental after the applicable minimum term, and RentReady coordinates pickup with the provider. The provider’s rental agreement must reflect these terms before installation. Earlier Oklahoma City bookings, including the $75/month offer and first-month-paid offers, retain the terms they accepted.

Orlando rental offer

Orlando washer-and-dryer set requests cost $65/month total. The $5 paid today reserves your delivery and covers your first month of RentReady membership. Stripe bills the membership at $5/month, automatically renewing until canceled, even if installation is delayed. The local provider separately bills $60/month for appliance rental starting at installation. There is no separate booking or delivery fee. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included. The rental has a three-month minimum. If we cannot serve your address, RentReady will cancel the membership and fully refund the initial $5; contact RentReady support if you need help with that refund. Availability and a delivery appointment are confirmed after review. For new Orlando rentals, membership and rental go together: canceling membership ends the rental after the applicable minimum term, and RentReady coordinates pickup with the provider. The provider’s rental agreement must reflect these terms before installation. Earlier Orlando Member and Standard bookings retain the terms they accepted.

Washer-only and dryer-only rentals

Dallas–Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, Orlando, and Dayton-area forms also offer a washer only or dryer only for $50/month total: $40/month appliance rental billed separately by the provider from installation and $10/month RentReady membership billed through Stripe. Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included, with no booking fee. DFW, OKC, and Dayton single-appliance memberships have a seven-day free trial, followed by automatic $10/month membership billing until canceled, even if installation is delayed unless RentReady pauses billing. Orlando single-appliance membership has no trial: $10 is charged today for the first month, then $10/month until canceled; the initial payment is refunded if the address cannot be served. Dayton rentals have a six-month minimum, then become month-to-month, and require debit or credit card payments. Earlier Austin single-appliance bookings keep their accepted terms; DFW, OKC, and Orlando have a three-month minimum. Membership and rental go together: cancellation ends the rental subject to the applicable minimum term, with pickup coordinated by RentReady. OKC offers electric dryers only. These single-appliance prices do not change existing set rentals or previously accepted bookings.

Membership trial and recurring billing

New DFW, OKC, and Dayton memberships have a seven-day free trial, as do the general and earlier Austin Member offers and some earlier DFW and OKC signups. The general and earlier Austin trial terms are: Seven days free from signup, then $5/month automatically until canceled. Billing starts even if installation is delayed unless RentReady pauses it. Pay $60/month separately to your local rental provider ($65/month total after the trial). The rental rate becomes $85/month when membership ends. Cancel through Manage membership before the trial ends to avoid the first membership charge. For DFW, OKC, Dayton, and earlier Denver and Newburgh/Hudson Valley trial offers, the city-specific trial terms above apply instead of the general nonmember-rate provision. The trial begins when you complete Stripe signup, not on installation. Your trial end date is shown after signup and in Stripe. Approval, a match, and delivery are not guaranteed. Contact jacoboneill2333@gmail.com before the trial ends if installation is delayed so we can review a billing hold; billing is not automatically tied to installation. Earlier DFW and OKC first-month-paid signups and new Orlando, Austin, Newburgh/Hudson Valley, and Denver signups have no free trial.

Canceling membership

Manage or cancel membership online using the email you entered at Stripe checkout. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current trial or billing period; your member rental rate continues until membership ends. For general, earlier DFW, earlier Austin Member, and earlier OKC offers, the provider applies the $85/month nonmember rate when membership ends. Earlier Orlando Member bookings retain their accepted $60/month vendor rate. For trial plans, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first membership charge ($5 for the general offer, $10 for earlier DFW and Austin, $15 for an earlier OKC signup, new DFW signup, Dayton signup, earlier Newburgh/Hudson Valley signup, Atlanta signup, or earlier Denver signup, or $10 for a new OKC or earlier Denver signup). Earlier DFW and OKC first-month-paid signups and new Orlando, Austin, Newburgh/Hudson Valley, and Denver signups were charged at checkout; cancellation does not undo that initial charge unless the address cannot be served as described above. Except for the new Austin, DFW, OKC, Orlando, Dayton, Newburgh/Hudson Valley, Atlanta, and Denver offers described above, canceling membership does not cancel a separate rental agreement or its three-month minimum. Earlier bookings and billing questions

Existing applications, checkouts, and rental agreements retain their previously accepted pricing; they are not automatically enrolled in membership. If no local provider can fulfill a request for which you paid a delivery fee or an earlier one-time booking fee, we will refund that fee. For refunds or a membership billing problem, email jacoboneill2333@gmail.com. Your provider handles monthly rental payments separately.

Application review and communication

You authorize RentReadyAppliance to review your application and share relevant application and contact details with a matched provider for the rental you requested. We or the provider may contact you about your application, pricing, payment, availability, and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Tell the sender if you no longer want text messages. This agreement does not require you to accept unrelated marketing.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate someone, submit misleading documents, access another person’s records, interfere with the site, or use it unlawfully. Access may be restricted for misuse. You remain responsible for obligations you separately accept in a provider’s rental agreement.

Availability and changes

We cannot promise uninterrupted website access or that every application will result in a rental. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date here. Changes do not retroactively change an already accepted provider agreement. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
