What is included?

Delivery, installation, and maintenance are included. RentReady support helps coordinate questions and replacements with your local provider, subject to the rental agreement and availability.

What appliances can I rent?

Standalone washer and dryer sets are available for side-by-side or separated placement. Some cities also offer Washer Only or Dryer Only. We currently offer electric dryers only, not gas dryers or stackable units.

When will delivery be scheduled?

Upon approval, you will be contacted to schedule delivery. Your installation appointment depends on service coverage and equipment availability.

What should I have ready?

Your contact information, delivery address, and appliance preferences. Your city’s form will tell you if any documents are needed.

How do billing and cancellation work?

RentReady membership and appliance rental are billed separately. Your city’s review page explains the charges, billing schedule, minimum term, and cancellation instructions before you confirm.
